At Homi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at info@thehomi.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
    • A damaged or defective item
    • Incorrect item received

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you by email
  • Approve or reject the refund based on condition

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with:

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
